SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Jewelux & Co. provides FREE INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING on all orders over $50.

 

Since all orders are shipped directly from our various warehouses worldwide, please allow approximately 3-4 weeks for delivery depending on your location.

 

To ensure the accurate delivery of your order, please make sure that you carefully check your billing and shipping information especially the details of your full name, complete address, and contact number. Jewelux & Co. is not responsible for the return of any orders due to the incompleteness of details provided in the address information.

 

Once the payment is made, please allow approximately 72 hours for the payment to be confirmed. Upon confirmation, the order will be processed and shipped straight from our warehouses within 3-5 business days. You will receive a confirmation email which includes your tracking number as soon as the shipment has commenced.  Please allow at least 48 hours for the tracking information to be updated. The total time can be between 7-38 days depending on your location

Delivery times are standard estimates and will vary based on your location. The estimate excludes any time in customs, if applicable, as well as other delays outside of the carrier’s control such as bad weather and heavy delivery traffic. Holiday and sales periods generally have increased volumes of orders, so please allow an additional 3-5 business days for the delivery of your order. The responsibility for the items automatically passes on to the customer as soon as they are delivered to the carrier.

 

In the unlikely event that you have not received your parcel within 20 business days of placing your order, please contact us at admin@jewelux.co so we could assist you with tracking your order.

 

Please note that Jewelux & Co. is not responsible for any other charges payable on international sales such as import duties, taxes, and other customs-related charges. The buyers bear all the responsibility for all extra charges which may be incurred should there be any.

 

*We are not responsible for delays incurred by our credit card verification process, incorrectly provided addresses, external factors impacting our shipping couriers or any other circumstances beyond our control.

 

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
 
WHY HAVE I NOT RECEIVED MY TRACKING NUMBER YET?
 
Please allow 4-7 days for your tracking number to be updated in the system as we are working with an overseas fulfillment center. It may take slightly more time on public or national holidays. Rest assured that once your tracking number is sent to you, your order is shipped.
 
HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?
 
We work with suppliers from all over the world to bring you the most affordable and best designs of accessories. With the overseas fulfilment centre, please allow for up to 3-4 weeks for shipping. Please note that items ordered together may not be shipped out on the same day.

ORDERS WITH INCORRECT ADDRESS INFORMATION
 
Once your order has been submitted it can no longer be modified. Any packages returned due to a wrong or incorrect address will be reshipped at the cost of the purchaser. Quick! Take a glance or two and double check your address is right. Though we check all orders very carefully before shipping, we cannot be responsible for incorrect information like credit card entries or addresses. Please review your order carefully before submitting your order!
 
LOST STOLEN OR UNDELIVERED PACKAGES
 
PLEASE NOTE that we are NOT responsible for lost, stolen or undelivered packages. ALL LOST, STOLEN OR RETURNED packages are the responsibility of the buyer. In the rare event of a mail carrier failure, please contact your local carrier directly with any questions or concerns.
 
WILL THERE BE DUTIES/TAXES ON MY PACKAGE?
 
Due to the small stated value amounts entered by our fulfilment centre it is not often that our customers receive duty/extra charges upon import. With that said every country reserves the right to charge tax on any imports, which is entirely out of our control. 
In the rare event a charge occurs, customers are 100% responsible for all taxes, duties or tariffs if applied by your local customs. Note that, the taxes, duties, or tariffs are not part of the shipping charges. It is not charged by us nor your post office. It is charged by your countries customs department. For an exact cost of these fees you should see your local post office or customs office. We will not responsible for such expenses under any circumstances.
 
RETURNS/EXCHANGES
 
DAMAGED OR INCORRECT PRODUCTS
 
If you receive a damaged item, you must notify us within 3 days of receipt at admin@jewelux.co for a replacement item or store credit to be issued. It is the customers' responsibility to inspect all deliveries within 3 business days of receipt. Any damages resulting in customer cutting package with scissors will not be replaced. 
Accidents happen! If you have received an incorrect item in your order, please contact us at admin@jewelux.co so we can get a replacement package out to you as soon as possible!
 
HOW DO I EDIT, CANCEL OR CHANGE MY ORDER?
 
Once your order has been submitted it can no longer be modified. Please make sure to double and triple check that all items you loved are in your cart, the address your order is being shipped to is spot on, and the payment method you are using is good to go!
 
DISCOUNT CODES AND PRICE ADJUSTMENTS
 
Who doesn't love a Sale! Because our sales are only temporary, not a permanent price change, we are unable to honour any price adjustments. Coupon codes must be entered at the time of purchase; no adjustments will be made if a code is not entered at the time of purchase.

Sale items are all FINAL SALE & cannot be returned or exchanged.
